• Facilitating introductions between buyers and landowners for the purpose of real estate transactions

All services are provided to qualified buyers at no cost to join the buyer's list. Red Lotus Investments is compensated through assignment fees, co-wholesale arrangements, or real estate commissions on completed transactions, as applicable and disclosed at the time of any specific deal.

3. No Guarantee of Deal Availability

Red Lotus Investments makes no representation or warranty that any specific parcel will be available, that pricing will remain unchanged, or that any transaction will close. Past deal volume and closing timelines are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future performance.

4. SMS Communications

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Red Lotus Investments, you agree to receive text messages at the phone number provided, including deal alerts, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications. The following terms apply to SMS communications:

• Consent: Opt-in is voluntary. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of any purchase or service.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on deal activity and your stated criteria.
• Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
